个人简介:
男,1967年10月出生,中共党员,博士,williamhill威廉希尔官网、生物反应器工程国家重点实验室研究员,博士生导师。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项;主持国家“863”课题2项;作为骨干成员参加完成国家“863”重大项目2项和国家自然科学基金项目4项;参加国家重大科学技术专项课题2项;主持和参加省部级项目12项;主持获得国家新药临床批件2项;获2012年上海市科技进步一等奖一项,2013年上海市技术发明奖一等奖一项;申请国家发明专利十余项;发表SCI论文60余篇,其中有多篇研究论文发表在Angewandte Chemie、ACS Synthetic Biology、Metabolic Engineering、Biomaterials 、Chemical Communications、Biotechnology and Bioengineering等国际顶级刊物上。
教育经历:
1988年毕业于电子科技大学(成都)微电子材料系,获应用化学专业学士学位;
1991年毕业于williamhill威廉希尔官网应用化学系,获无机化学专业理科硕士学位;
2004年毕业于williamhill威廉希尔官网,获生物化工专业工科博士学位;
2009年-2010年在美国西北大学(Northwestern University)生物医药工程系访学。
工作履历:
1991年7月-2001年9月:江西-OAI中德联合研究院,主要从事医学诊断试剂、精细化学品、食品添加剂合成、保健食品研发工作;
2009年11月-2010年11月:美国西北大学(Northwestern University)生物医药工程系Phillip B. Messersmith教授实验室工作,从事生物仿生粘附材料研究。
2001年9月至今:williamhill威廉希尔官网、生物反应器工程国家重点实验室,主要从事化学生物学领域研究(基因治疗)、生物催化反应、新药研发以及天然产物功能评价等工作。
研究方向:
1、 多酶自组装与酶催化工程:胞内外的多酶自组装技术、多酶级联催化技术研究;核苷酸类产品的全酶法合成技术研究;手性药物及手性医药中间体的生物合成。对酶催化反应以及生物转化生产手性药物及手性中间体有丰富的经验。有丰富的有机合成实验室经验以及工业放大实践经验,主持完成多项新药研发工作,获得2项国家新药临床批件,熟悉新药研发及报批程序。
2、 合成生物学:天然产物的微生物合成系统构建与制备,研究复杂天然产物的模块化组装、合成途径优化、动态代谢调控策略等技术,利用微生物合成多个天然产物。
3、 核酸药物研究:主要从事反义核酸、RNAi的研究,重点研究RNA药物在肿瘤多药抗性方面的作用机制以及药理药效学研究;肿瘤药物靶向运载体系的研究;抗体药物研究等。
4、 仿生粘附材料:仿生粘附材料的制备、性能研究与应用,特别是在蛋白纯化、酶固定化、细胞培养中的应用研究。
5、 中药及其有效成分新功能开发:建立了针对前列腺增生、肥胖、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤抗皱抗衰老等天然产物体外筛选模型;中草药有效成分的分离纯化以及结构鉴定。
