个人介绍:
博士、教授,国家高层次人才(万人领军)(2017),国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家,科技部中青年科技创新领军人才(2015),上海市曙光学者(2015),上海市优秀技术带头人(2022)。
现任williamhill威廉希尔官网副校长,中国轻工业生物基材料工程重点实验室主任,发酵工业分离提取技术研发中心主任。中国食品科学技术学会食品添加剂分会理事长,中国生物发酵产业协会益生制品分会副理事长、生物基材料分会副理事长。国际期刊Food Bioengineering主编,《化学试剂》副主编,《williamhill威廉希尔官网学报》副主编,Food Science & Nutrition、Bioresources and Bioprocessing、《中国食品学报》、《食品工业科技》、《食品科学》、《生物技术进展》、《中国酿造》、《食品安全质量检测学报》等期刊编委。
分别于无锡轻工大学、江南大学(原无锡轻工大学)获得食品科学与工程专业工学学士(1999.6)、硕士(2001.12)、博士(2009.12)学位。2002.3~2004.10年,任职于上海生远食品科技有限公司。2005年1月至2009年1月,任职于凯能高科技工程(上海)有限公司。2009年1月任职于江苏欣瑞食品科技发展有限公司。2010年4月入职williamhill威廉希尔官网,2011年9月晋升副教授,2013年3月至2014年3月在美国加州大学戴维斯分校农业与生物工程系做访问学者,2015年9月破格晋升教授。2016年3月至2019年11月任williamhill威廉希尔官网副院长;2019年11月至2021年5月任williamhill威廉希尔官网党委书记;2021年5月任williamhill威廉希尔官网科学技术发展研究院院长;2024年6月起任williamhill威廉希尔官网副校长。
近年来主持10多项国家级项目、课题和省部级项目,承担了20余项企业横向课题研发和产业化推广工作,具有丰富的工程实践经验。以第一完成人获得上海市科技进步一等奖(2023)等省部级科技奖励一等奖6项、二等奖1项;申请发明专利65件、授权中国发明专利45件、美国发明专利1件;发表学术论文190余篇;出版中、英文学术专著3部;主编教材3部。荣获伦世仪教育基金杰出青年学者(2018)、宝钢优秀教师(2017)、“十三五”轻工行业科技创新先进个人(2021)、中国生物发酵行业30年协同创新奖(个人)(2020)、中国产学研合作创新奖(个人)(2015)、中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖-杰出青年奖(2013)等荣誉。
研究方向:
基于分离提取技术的食品药品及材料工程。
主要研究兴趣:
1, 糖生物工程(功能碳水化合物的绿色生物制造、分离纯化及功能评价);
2, 分离工程(膜和色谱分离技术及其在糖工程、生物制造中的应用);
3, 生物基材料工程(新型生物基材料开发、纳米生物基材料及其在食品医药应用);
4,特殊医学用途全营养食品、发酵食品开发。
